Andhrapradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced that his government will give ₹30,000 for 3rd child and ₹40,000 for the 4th child of a family. He says declining population growth is a serious concern and childrens should be seen as the nation’s “wealth” and not as burden.
