A security operations was launched at key defence establishments in Bengaluru after a series of bomb threat emails were sent to offices linked to defence research and development organisation (DRDO). The investigation took a political turn as the sender allegedly issued grave threats against Inbanidhi Stalin, the son of deputy chief minister Udayanidhi Stalin, of kidnapping him.
