The El-Nino has all set to strengthen during the monsoon season as weaker rainfall and higher temperatures are about to sour across the India. This increases the risk of drought in some years as the conditions over the equatorial Pacific Ocean warning that the climate phenomenon is likely to strengthen further during the ongoing southwest monsoon season.
